Charming little animal (and other things) figurines made using the traditional lampworking technique, where a skilled artisan manipulates glass rods into the characters you see before you using nothing except the torch in front of him, his hand tools and his imagination. Made with TLC, you’ll love the different expressions you’ll see, even in the mini size. These pieces are mostly in the 1″ – 2″ range. We use solid glass rods, not the hollow versions, which are made in Ukraine (and not in ANY other part of the world). The glass we use gives it a high quality feel and because it’s solid glass these pieces are more durable than people think.
